Dremex Automotive — Terms of Service & Service Agreement
1. Independent Service & Scope Dremex Automotive provides independent mobile roadside assistance and automotive repair services. Utilization of our services does not constitute an official dealership warranty repair unless explicitly authorized in writing.
2. Pricing, Estimates, & Payment Terms
Transparent Pricing: Standard base call-out fees, mileage rates, and after-hours differentials are quoted upfront prior to dispatch.
Payment Due: Payment for services rendered is due immediately before dispatch via cash, approved digital payment link, or card terminal.
Gone on Arrival (GOA) Fee: If a technician is dispatched to your location and the service is canceled, cleared, or no longer needed upon arrival, a non-refundable base call-out fee will be charged to cover travel and labor time.
3. Client Responsibilities & Safe Environment
Safe Working Conditions: Customers must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location (e.g., clear of active highway traffic lanes, safe shoulders, or residential/commercial parking stalls). We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.
Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details regarding vehicle make, model, location, and the nature of the mechanical issue.
4. Liability & Limitations
Pre-Existing Damage: Dremex Automotive is not liable for pre-existing mechanical wear, rust-compromised components (such as rusted-out brake lines, seized lug nuts, or corroded battery terminals), or factory defects that fail during standard roadside manipulation.
Customer-Supplied Parts: If a customer requests the installation of components supplied by the customer rather than sourced directly by Dremex Automotive, no labor or part warranty is provided.
